Very satisfied with the service. This is a very old furnace (about 25 years old). Jack will be back as soon as the part is in.
Unfortunately the part won’t be available until Monday and this was a very early Friday morning call. This is the coldest stretch we have seen in years and I am 80 my mother, whom I take care of, is 101 so space heaters are needed to make the house livable.
The service would have been been better if they offered a space heater rental. Just a suggestion to deal with emergency heat.
